Zamba Chicken, 231 South Avenue, and Shop Rite Liquors, 333 South Avenue, are teaming up to host a food and wine pairing event on Friday, April 3, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Shop Rite Liquors. The event will feature samples of South American fusion cuisine from Zamba Chicken and a selection of South American wines. This is the second of several "Zamba Fridays" wine tastings, which are held regularly on the first Friday of every month. Samples of Zamba Chicken's cheesy rice and bean bowl will be available to accomodate Christians who do not eat meat on Fridays during Lent.
